La Vida Misma Restaurant & Bar

We were in the area and stopped by for lunch at around 3:00 pm. They have good reviews, but we were completely disappointed with their service. Our waiter was Daniela. We were the only three souls in the entire restaurant. So there was no reason for not having a promt and attentive server. They have QR code at the table to scan and look at the menu. But that doesn't justify Daniela not coming to our table to say hello and ask if we had any questions or even bring us water. It took her 20 mins to serve us water, I'm not exaggerating. She left the water and was leaving. I had to stop her and ask about certain items from the menu and quickly made our decision. (We were parked at a meter and had paid for 2 hrs thinking that was more than enough time to grab a quick lunch) The food also took a while to get to our table. I'm not the type of person that prefers a rushed service when at a restaurant. But I have to call this one out because the place was completely empty and the total lack of attention was incredible. The food was decent. But the unjustified lack of service ruined the experience for us. A quick tip to the owner/manager consider NOT including 18% gratuity and maybe your service will improve. (Party size 2 adults and a 6 yrs old) I am catering business owner and I understand the importance of tipping the staff when they deserve it. Gratuity has to be earned... THE FOOD: Empanadas (Chicken and Beef) were not good as the meat could have been better seasoned. The Milanesa Margarita was good. The Beef Carpaccio was average. The "flat bread" (which is actually a pizza) for our daughter in my opinion was a disaster. She's 6 and she liked it but she also loves the "Pizza Lunchables" cold out of the refrigerator. This place isn't cheap at least have a decent pizza.

Our next food adventure take us to Downtown dadeland or city place after visiting west elm we walking around and we found La Vida Misma un restaurant con categoria de 4.4 y con 98 review. We entered and inside we saw a place where you can enjoy a decoration made for this time in which social media play an important role and with background music according to the moment. Customers service is fast and efficient because they offer you the best according to your taste, the restaurant combines two different cuisines and foods that are well known worldwide, which are Spanish and Argentine. Regarding the food, from the first appetizer we could already feel the quality of the chefs who prepare them, how they combine the ingredients to obtain the flavors that leave the plate clean and ask for another but different one. In short, this restaurant is a good option for lunch and a family dinner and another special occasion that you want to celebrate. And to talk about the price, it seemed fair to me, highly recommended.

The restaurant looked dead an the check was for 112.00 for 3 people no drinks. A cheap imitation of La Milanesa Key Biscayne. Steaks were thin. And low quality beef. I complained and the waitress turned around and left. DINERS BEWARE….low quality, very tough beef. I was unable to eat my milanesa and they were non responsive! Photos included😡

Wow, this place people, it’s absolutely delicious. You can enjoy a great and different menu with the specialty of the house.. they have A LOT OF options for meat or chicken. I ordered the fried chicken CARLOS (bacon, cheese and sour cream) also a Cesar salad, flat bread with prosciutto. The place inside is so beautiful and you can even take a great picture with the word FELICIDAD!
